How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can only be made through the Hotel Pieksänlinna website.
How can I cancel or change a reservation?
With the reservation number you received via email, you can modify or cancel your reservation from the “manage reservations” section at the bottom of our homepage or directly from here!
What are the cancellation policies?
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
When and how do I receive the door code?
The door code will be sent via SMS to the number you provided by 2:50 PM on the day of check-in.
Do you have a service number?
As a modern self-service hotel, we do not have a dedicated service number.
What is the maintenance number for emergency situations?
0400 650 660 – this number is available around the clock, for example, if the lock is not working or you notice any issues with the hotel premises.
What payment methods does Hotel Pieksänlinna accept?
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay and Google Pay.
I forgot something at the hotel. What should I do?
First, inquire at the hotel by emailing info(@)pieksanlinna.fi. Items found at the hotel will later be delivered to the Pieksämäki police station, where you can inquire about them by calling 0295 415 436 (Mon–Wed 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, Fri 1:00 PM–3:00 PM).
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
We offer free Wi-Fi to all our guests.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Parking is available for our hotel guests in the courtyard of the property, where the hotel entrance is also located.
Does the hotel have a restaurant/breakfast service?
We don’t have a restaurant or serve breakfast, but Pieksämäki’s excellent dining options are just a few blocks away, and the fridge in your room has plenty of space for snacks.
Are baby cots available?
We have one travel crib available for babies. Please include your request in the additional information field when making your reservation.
Can I bring a pet to the hotel?
Pets are prohibited at Pieksänlinna to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests with animal allergies.

Business Service: Do you offer corporate rates or discounts?
Not specifically, as our prices are already very reasonable.
Business Service: I need a VAT breakdown on the receipt, where can I get this?
Our booking system does not yet provide this automatically, but you can request a separate receipt with the reservation number at yrityspalvelut(@)pieksanlinna.fi.
Business Service: Can the accommodation bill be paid in the company’s name and are billing options offered?
If you want to pay for the company’s reservation by invoice, contact us at yrityspalvelut(@)pieksanlinna.fi.
Business Service: Can I make a reservation on behalf of a client?
Yes, you can! Send an email to yrityspalvelut(@)pieksanlinna.fi and provide the accommodation dates, the client’s first and last name, and address. Also, include the client’s phone number and email address where the booking confirmation and room code will be sent. Remember to mention if breakfast (Tuesday to Sunday) is to be reserved and the email address to which the invoice can be sent.
